This stone has a very nice pearl blue iridescence with a touch of yellow, teal and orange shown in the other photo better. This pendant measures 1 1/2" from the top of the bail to the bottom of the setting. The bail size is 1/4".

Moonstone is a gemstone quality Feldspar. It has a sparkly appearance that is caused by light reflecting off flakes of Hematite. Moonstone is sometimes known as Orthoclase due to the cleavages in the material and pearly luster. It is commonly found in most Granites and other felsic igneous rock and in Pegmatite masses.
