PN208B This is a very pretty sterling Silver pendant with a 3/4" in length and 1" in height faceted Lapis stone. This pendant measures 1 3/4" from the top to the bottom. The bail measures 1/4" in size. Lapis is a stone with a long tradition of being considered a gem. It is usually deep blue in color and is opaque. It is a rock and not a mineral as it is made up from various other minerals. The main component is Lazurite which is a Feldspar Silicate. Lapis may also contain Calcite, Sodalite and Pyrite. It is found worldwide. |

PN206c Here is a very pretty sterling Silver pendant with a 21 mm x 37 mm Labradorite stone. This pendant measures nearly 2 1/4" from the top to the bottom. The bail measures 1/4" in size. This stone has a nice iridescent sheen and a warm glow in light, although it is hard to see in the photo the other photo shows the colors much better. Labradorite is a Feldspar mineral that occurs in large Crystal masses in anorthosite and shows an iridescence or "play of colors." Gemstone varieties of Labradorite exhibiting a high degree of iridescence are Spectrolite, Moonstone and Sunstone. High quality samples with good iridescent qualities are desired for jewelry. PN202b This is a very pretty sterling Silver pendant with a 22 mm x 30 mm Black and Blue Sodalite stone. This pendant measures 1 3/4" from the top of the bail to the bottom of the setting. The bail size is 5/8". Sodalite is a rich royal blue mineral enjoyed as an ornamental stone. Although massive samples are opaque, Crystals are usually transparent to translucent. It is very similar to Lapis but with out the Pyrite Crystals and distinguishable color differences. It makes great jewelry, cabochons an beads. |

PN200C This is a very pretty Silver Plated Lodalite pendant. The stone measures 20 mm x 30 mm and the pendant measures 1 3/4" from the top of the bail to the bottom of the setting. The bail size is 1/4". This very unique stone has many gorgeous inclusions shown better in the other photo. The back part of the stone is slightly rough so the inclusions can been seen through the front part of the pendant, which creates a landscape like effect. |

PN207B Here is a very nice, above average quality Picture Jasper Silver plated pendant. The cabochon measures 35 mm x 40 mm. The pendant measures over 2" from the top of the bail to the bottom of the setting. The bail size is 1/4". Jasper is an opaque, impure variety of Quartz that is usually red, yellow or brown in color. Jasper can appear as an opaque rock with shades of red due to mineral impurities. Patterns can arise from the formation process and flow patterns in the sediment or volcanic ash that was saturated with silica which formed the banding or swirling designs in the rock. |

PN201c This is a very pretty sterling Silver pendant with a 16 mm x 38 mm Ruby-Zoisite cabochon. This pendant measures 1 1/4" from the top of the bail to the bottom of the setting. The bail size is 1/4". Ruby is a light pink to blood red gemstone which is a variety of the mineral Corundum. The common red color is caused by the element Chromium. It is considered on of the four precious stones including Sapphire, Emerald, and Diamond. The price is primarily determined by color, clarity, cut and carat. |

PN304C This is a very pretty Silver Plated pendant with a 30mm in length and 40mm in height Crinoid stone. This pendant measures nearly 2" from the top of the bail to the bottom of the setting. The bail size is 1/4". There is also a small black Onyx stone. Crinoids are a fascinating species, and this fossil is equally as fascinating. Crinoids are a filter feeding, plant like animal and first appeared on the earth's surface over 500 million years ago in the Cambrian Era. Today a close relative of the Crinoid still survives at the bottom of the ocean and is usually referred to as a "sea lily." This particular Crinoid fossil is from Morocco and weighs approximately 75 lbs and is fairly large with measurements of 30 by 35 inches. As you can see this fossil has multiple Crinoids covering the plaque and is truly stunning. |

PN305c This is a very pretty sterling Silver pendant with a 23 mm x 25 mm Green Turquoise cabochon. This pendant measures nearly 2" from the top of the bail to the bottom of the setting. The bail size is 1/4". Turquoise is an opaque, blue to green mineral that is a mixture of Copper and Aluminum Sulfates. It is rare and valuable in finer grades and has been prized as a gem and ornamental stone for thousands of years. It has been devalued by the introduction of imitations and synthetics that are often hard to detect even by experts. Turquoise is most frequently used in jewelry manufacturing and is often combined with other minerals and gemstones to enhance its beauty. It was a favorite among Egyptians and Native American cultures. |

PN303c Here is a very nice sterling Silver pendant with a very pretty Blue Goldstone cabochon. It measures 1 3/4" from the top of the bail to the bottom of the setting. The Blue Goldstone cabochon measures nearly 1" in length (at its widest) by 1" in height. The bail measures 1/4". A very beautiful, stunning pendant. Goldstone is a type of man-made glass with Copper or Copper salts made by a reducing flame. The most common form of Goldstone give the illusion of being a reddish-brown, although in fact the color comes from the Copper crystals and the glass itself is colorless. Other variants have an intensely color matrix usually blue or violet, and more rare, green. |

PEN35c This is a very pretty sterling silver pendant with a 1/2" in length and 3/4" in height Rose Quartz stone. This pendant measures 1 1/4" from the top of the bail to the bottom of the setting. The bail size is 1/4". Rose Quartz is a type of Quartz which exhibits a pale pink to rose red hue. The color is usually considered as due to trace amounts of Titanium, Iron or Manganese, in the massive material. Some Rose Quartz contains microscopic Rutile needles which produce an asterism in transmitted light. |

PN36b This is a very pretty sterling Silver pendant with an 24 mm x 32 mm Brazilian Agate stone and a real neat, different setting. This pendant measures 1 7/8" from the top of the bail to the bottom of the setting. The bail size is 3/8". Agates mostly occur as nodules in volcanic rocks or waters containing silica in solution possibly derived from the decomposition of silicates in the lava. The siliceous matter is deposited in regular layers resulting in the banded or striped formation.
