Privacy Statement: Any information which we receive from you is for the sole purpose of doing business with you as our customer. We do not send unsolicited e-mails nor do we sell, share or give our customers information to anyone.

Our Guarantee: All of our merchandise is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with any purchase you may return it in unused, good condition with the original receipt within 14 days for a full refund or exchange excluding shipping.

Shopping Cart: To purchase an item simply click on the Add to Cart button for that item. You may return to our site and select as many items as you like before checking out. The continue shopping button or the back button on your computer will return you to the page you were last viewing.

When you are ready to check out click on the Checkout button which will take you to the payment site where you will see an itemized list of the items you have selected. You can manually enter more or less of a specific item and use the recalculate button if you wish. Please note on our site that many of our items are one of a kind. If you adjust the quantity for a one of a kind item, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item for the additional quantity. If a similar item is not available you will be notified and your total will be adjusted to reflect the lower quantity.

When you are ready to check out, select your country from the drop down list. Enter your zip code in the zip code box and click on Add Shipping. Select the desired shipping method and click on Add Shipping. Select your state from the drop down list, enter any comments or instructions about your order in the comment box and click on Go to Payments. This adds sales tax only if you are from South Dakota and then takes you to the information boxes for your name, shipping address, etc. Select your preferred method of payment and click continue.

Payments: We accept the following forms of payment...

Credit Cards: The Shopping Cart on Our Site is set up to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. If you select credit card as your method of payment you will then be taken to our shopping cart's secure site to submit your credit card number. Please note: Yellow Locked Padlock indicating secure site.

Pay Pal: If you select Pay Pal it will take you to the Pay Pal Site to submit payment.

Checks or Money Orders: When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use the information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.

Checks or Money Orders can be mailed to Gemstone Jewelry Store, 515 1st Street, Keystone, SD 57751. Please note that check orders may be delayed until funds clear.

We are available to answer your calls from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily except Sunday Mountain Standard Time. Please do not call after hours as we do not answer the phone.

Methods of payment which we do not accept: Cashiers Checks, Credit Cards for which address verification can not be confirmed.

Availability: Many items on our site are unique and subject to stock on hand. While we keep our site updated on a regular basis, it is possible that you may place an order for an item that has already been sold. If this occurs you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order or substitute a like item if available.

Shipping: To Save you Money, if it is less expensive and if your order will fit inside a Flat Rate Priority mail parcel, either a regular flat rate box $10.70, a larger flat rate box $14.50 or or flat rate envelope $5.65 we will reduce your shipping costs and ship accordingly. In most cases, we will ship either the same day or next day after receipt of payment. Therefore if you have not received your order within a reasonable amount of time let us know so that we can make sure that something has not gone wrong.
